Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Winston-Salem, NC
N7 Medical Staffing is seeking skilled LPNs to join our dynamic team in Winston-Salem, NC. Responsibilities:
– Provide professional nursing care to patients in clinic under the supervision of physicians.
– Assess the general condition of patients, the vital signs and weight of patients.
– Provide basic patient care as ordered.
– Document all activities, family interactions, medications dispensed/prescribed, etc. in the medical record.
– Promote wellness by providing patient education materials and communicating physician instructions.
– Adheres to infection control and safety guidelines, and confidentiality policies.
Requirements:
– Must be licensed with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
– BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
– Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be a team player.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care tasks, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
– Must have basic computer skills, and the ability to learn computerized scheduling and charting system.
